Paul has been in the Insurance industry for over 35 years and started the Paul Chapman Insurance Agency, with his wife Debbie, in 1987.
He is a huge SU fan, enjoys boating on the St. Lawrence, and spending time with his wife, dogs and children.

Pam has been in the Insurance industry for over 40 years and joined the Paul Chapman Agency in 1990. She holds an Associates Degree from MVCC.
Pam loves watching hockey, especially the NY Rangers and Utica Comets. She enjoys spending time reading and traveling. She resides in Marcy with her husband Andrew and has 2 children, with whom she enjoys spending time.
Lynn Surprenant

Lynn holds an Associates Degree from MVCC. She started in the insurance industry in 1985 and soon after, joined the Paul Chapman Agency in 1989.
Lynn enjoys kayaking, camping, and traveling, along with volunteering with local groups and serving on community boards. Lynn particularly enjoys spending time with her son and daughter.

Jordan holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from SUNYIT and has been with the Chapman Insurance Agency since 2003. Jordan can be found relaxing on the links or on the slopes!
